Routine Maintenance

Maintaining a routine pigging program will keep a pipeline in good condition, maintain optimal flow and reduce damage to plant and eventual failures.
We specialise in gathering intelligence about the internal condition of the pipeline and determining efficient maintenance programs. A maintenance program would include the type of pigs to be used and the frequency they should be run. Chemical cleaning may also be specified to work in conjunction wih the pigging program to keep the pipe in good condition. A complete maintenance record including details of all runs made, together with the condition of the pigs is compiled using our unique software.


When run with our loggers on board, our pigs can record temperature, pressure, speed, attitude and profile of the pipe.

The thickness of any scale or debris and its location in the line can also be recorded.
