Process Pigging

The two pigs most commonly used in process pigging systems are the VIPRS Pig and the SUD Pig.  Both pigs have multiple wiping discs that allow for near 100% of product removal while holding a tight seal around long radius elbows. 

The VIPRS is designed for easy cleaning in the CIP cycle of a Process System to insure elimination of all material and no bacteria growth on the Pig. 

The SUD Pig has a total of eight wiping discs and is an excellent pig for use in removing high viscosity products in oil and chemical process lines.  Both Process Pigs are available in standard urethane, chemical resistant urethane and food grade urethane.  Some sizes are available in rubber base materials such as Neoprene, EPDM, VITON and others.
