Conical Pipeline Cups
Conical Cups have a long cone shape which allows for extra flexibility 
when negotiating out of round pipe or pipe that may have up to 20% difference between the internal diameters. Conical Cups are good for batching applications. They are available in standard urethane and Maxithane which is tough and suitable for long distance runs.
DC Scraper Cups
DC Cups are specially designed for scraping the pipe wall and keeping a good positive seal from the pressure behind the pig. The differential pressure of the fluid on both sides of the pig forces the DC Scraper Cup’s scraping edge against the pipe wall for maximum cleaning. This allows the pig to clean the pipe wall and keep a good seal for batching.
The DC Scraper Cups are ideal for removing paraffin, asphaltines, black powder and other substances that adhere to the pipe wall. Their superior load be
aring and sealing characteristics make them ideal for removing liquids from pipelines and separating dissimilar products.
The design of the DC Scraper Cup surface bearing area and the flex area provides maximum wear resistance. They are best suited to support heavy mandrel pigs and inline inspection tools.
The DC Cup is available in Standard Urethane and Maxithane.
