The solid polyurethane Uni-Flex Pig® is cast as a single piece construction. The flexible combination of discs and a single cup creates an effective pig for removing liquids from wet gas systems, water from product pipelines, and paraffin from the walls of crude oil pipelines. Manufactured from MAXITHANE®, Inline's high performance polyurethane, this pig can flex through varying diameter pipelines, short radius weld ells, tees, valves, dents and out-of-round pipe. Its hollow core allows the pig to expand in diameter thereby increasing its seal as the differential pressure across the pig increases and to center itself for even wear. -

The Hand-Launch Pig is an easy to use, single piece, bi-directional construction pig. This product is manufactured from flexible polyurethane foam and molded with circular grooves made from a blended elastomer coating which allows for the pig to handle long-wear applications and helps to prevent the pig from damaging the pipeline. The grooves throughout the body act as the pigs scraping element making it very beneficial and applicable for multiple cleaning jobs. The Foam Disc Pig is one of the most efficient liquid removal pigs available. The polyurethane foam body is molded with circular grooves across its body to provide a series of wiping edges. These grooves are coated with a polyurethane elastomer, which improve the wiping action and increase its wear resistance. Because of its unique multiple disc design, by-pass is minimal.

The Criss Cross and Criss Cross Wire Brush pigs are made up of a foam body coated with urethane in a criss cross pattern. This pig has great wiping action. Spiral wire brushes can be wound around the pig for scraping purposes. Standard Criss Cross pigs come with a bullet nose and a dished end; however, double dished ends are an option.- Sizes 2" - 60"

The Power Brush Pig is an open cell polyurethane foam pig that is completely enclosed with flame hardened steel bristles for maximum action. The polyurethane foam does not touch the pipe wall because it is completely coated with tough brushes, therefore, minimum tensile stress and wear is imposed on the foam. The bristles on this pig clean more efficiently than bristles on other foam pigs.- Sizes 2" - 60"

Inline's polyurethane spheres are ideal for removing liquids from wet gas systems, meter proving, measurement services, product separation, hydrostatic line testing and wax control in crude oil pipelines. Our spheres are manufactured with the highest quality polyurethane using a unique process that allows the sphere to be seamless and eliminating the possibility of seam splitting or delaminating during service. This manufacturing process also allows for the valve bodies to be firmly embedded in the sphere wall which prevents leakage around the valve.
