    Cutter Disc

    Inline Service's Cutter Disc is designed for enhanced cleaning of pipelines where wax, scale or sludge is present. The angled shaped surface bearing edges of the disc act as cutter blades to scrape off deposits throughout the pipeline. The spaces in-between the cutter edges allow bypass of product to help suspend removed debris. The Cutter Disc can be used on any mandrel pig and is available for all pipe diameters. This disc is made from Inline's MAXITHANE™, a high performance urethane material, which makes this product very durable.

    RX101 Receiver

    The RX101 Receiver is a high tech unit that is used to detect the distinctive pulsing patterns of passing pigs. Both analog and digital displays allow signal strengths to be viewed in all light conditions. The adjustable gain with bright bar display and coded signals A, B, C help indicate the precise location of the transmitter. The new unit also comes with a built-in geophone to detect approaching and departing pigs. A durable, shock resistant pelican case provides storage for all of the RX101 Receiver equipment. The accessories in the pig detector case include an external wand antenna, 50’ antenna extension cable, 2-6’ antenna cable, 50’cable with a spike probe, 6’audio cable for vehicle hook up, and a pair of highly efficient noise reducing headphones.     Dust Bags

    Inline Services pigging Dust Bags eliminate environmental pollution arising from pigging a pipeline with air or nitrogen by trapping and containing dust particles as small as five microns, along with mill scale and construction debris. The heavy-duty cloth like bag is secured around the discharge pipe with a draw-string type closure. Operation is continuous and no change in standard pigging practice is required. Reinforced pulling and lifting handles facilitate positioning and subsequent emptying of the bag into the bed of dump trucks or other type containers for disposal. Standard Dust Bags are available in two diameters and three lengths. Special sizes can be fabricated upon request. Contact us for details.

  • Pit Cleaning® Pig

    Inline’s Pit Cleaning™ Pig is one of the most aggressive mandrel body cleaning pigs on the market. It is equipped with four discs, heavy wire pencil brushes and HZ spring brushes for superior pit cleaning. This pig can be custom built to meet specific job requirements. Multiple pencil brushes on this pig are used for cleaning black powder, wax, mill scale and rust from the inside of pipe and can get into the smallest of pits. This pig will ensure there is maximum cleaning coverage inside the pipe.

    BA-2 Series

    The BA-2 pig is constructed of a steel mandrel body and two DC Cups poured from Inline's MAXITHANE™. This pig is best used for batching dissimilar liquids out of a pipeline. The two cup construction provides a tight seal between liquid compounds. The cups can be changed to different sizes depending on the specific job.

    BD6 Series

    The BD6 is assembled with 4 seal discs and 2 guide discs. The disc combination offers good elasticity and abrasion resistance. The BD6 has a steel mandrel body and can be built in many different ways depending on the job. This pig can be run bidirectional and is used for separation of liquids, wax removal and general cleaning purposes.

    BD6-RB Series

    The BD6-RB is built similar to that of the BD6 pig, however it has two added ring brushes. These brushes easily bolt onto the pig body making this pig capable of superior scraping. Applications for the BD6-RB include batching, wax removal, liquid removal and general cleaning.

    The ISTE pig is constructed of a steel mandrel body with spring mounted HZ brushes, two DC cups and three seal discs. The cups and discs are made of MAXITHANE™, Inline's custom blend of polyurethane. The ISTE pig is used for extreme cleaning, removal of black powder and wax, and batching out unwanted materials.

  • Uni-Cup Pig®

    The Uni-Cup Pig is manufactured as a single piece construction with no small parts. Three cups are molded along the body providing a good flexible seal. This style pig is used where more flexibility is required such as pipeline with varying wall thickness, low flow, or low pressure applications. This pig is made of Inline's MAXITHANE®, a higher performing polyurethane. Various durometers are also available to meet specific job requirements.

  • Uni-Plus Pig®

    Made from MAXITHANE®, Inline's custom blend of high performance polyurethane, the Uni-Plus Pig® combines sealing and scraping capabilities in one cleaning pig. It's solid one piece construction and unique cup ,disc design provides the best possible combination for cleaning efficiency. The cup shape allows the pig to run long distances while maintaining a good seal, even through parts of the pipeline that are out of round. The discs provide the most effective design to remove or scrape foreign material from the pipe walls. Where hardened deposits are encountered the Uni-Plus Pig is available with circular steel scraping brushes. The brushes are made of tempered steel to remove hardened deposits.
