Made from MAXITHANE®, Inline's custom blend of high performance polyurethane, the Uni-Plus Pig® combines sealing and scraping capabilities in one cleaning pig. It's solid one piece construction and unique cup ,disc design provides the best possible combination for cleaning efficiency. The cup shape allows the pig to run long distances while maintaining a good seal, even through parts of the pipeline that are out of round. The discs provide the most effective design to remove or scrape foreign material from the pipe walls. Where hardened deposits are encountered the Uni-Plus Pig is available with circular steel scraping brushes. The brushes are made of tempered steel to remove hardened deposits.  

The Uni-Flex Pig® 2C is a solid polyurethane pig cast as a single piece construction. The flexible combination of cups and discs creates an effective pig for removing liquids from wet gas systems, water from product pipelines, and paraffin from the walls of crude oil pipelines. Manufactured from Inline's MAXITHANE®, a high-performance polyurethane, this multi-disc pig flexes through varying diameter pipelines, short-radius weld ells, tees, valves, dents, and out-of-round pipe. Its hollow core allows the pig to expand in diameter thereby increasing its seal as the differential pressure across the pig increases and to center itself for even wear.
