• Inline Services is the exclusive U. S. Distributor of the IK® Online Electronics ID5001P Passive Ultrasonic Non-Intrusive Pig Signaller.  This ATEX  and IECEX rated signaller detects, signals and logs the passage of any pipeline pig, onshore and offshore. Events are signalled as they occur via a graphical display and high brightness LEDs positioned around the perimeter of the display. The unit logs the time and date of up to 99 events. Logged events can be viewed locally via the display or transmitted remotely. REQUEST A QUOTE

  • Magnets for steel mandrel pigs are mounted on the steel body of the pig and are used to pick up loose metallic debris in the pipeline. When used in conjunction with brushes mounted on the pig the magnets will catch the mill scale the brushes remove. They can also be used for detection by certain magnetic sensors and receivers.

  • Inline Model MPS-2, Magnetic Pig Signalers are designed to detect a magnet molded into an Inline process pig, such as the VIPRS® and SUD® pigs .  The detectors are designed with two separate single-axis integrated Hall Effect magnetic sensors, each with an added ferromagnetic layer. The ferromagnetic layer acts as a magnetic flux concentrator, providing very high magnetic sensitivity.  Each sensor assembly consists of two sensors, a signal conditioning control circuit, an LED indicator, and a solid state output relay contact all encapsulated in a rugged, aluminum housing.

  • Transmitter housing can be custom designed for any transmitter. This accessory can be assembled onto any of our steel bodied mandrel pigs for tracking purposes.
  • Inline’s TX Transmitters are available in both standard and coded frequencies. They come in numerous standard types, but can be custom made to meet specific job requirements. Each transmitter is made durable and reliable for a long life. The TX Transmitters generate electromagnetic fields at a very low frequency (between 15 and 30 Hz) sending audio and visual notification, through the antenna to the receiver, when a signal is picked up. The inside of the transmitter is available with either a lithium or alkaline battery enabling the device to be self-sufficient. Temperature ranges are based on the battery type. Alkaline batteries are rated at -4 to +130 F (-20 C to +54C) and Lithium batteries are rated at -40F to +140F. REQUEST A QUOTE
