    Above Ground Marker (AGM)

    Inline's AGM, built with COMTEL® technology, allows for reliable, unattended pig tracking and data collection. The Above Ground Marker (AGM) is powered by 4, C cell alkaline batteries that provide an average of 2.5 weeks run time.  Using high reliability technology, it detects and records 22Hz and/or magnetic pig passages to GPS synced UTC time.  The collected data can be easily downloaded and analyzed while in the field or at the shop with a laptop and USB cable.     AGM Pipeline Sentinel

    The AGM Pipeline Sentinel, built with COMTEL© technology, is an automated pig tracking station that can be left at a remote pipeline location without a human operator. It will reliably detect the passage of any pig equipped with a transmitter or magnetic and then uplink the passage information to an overhead satellite. Passages can be detected in quick succession. The satellite uplink will send the passage information (passage time, asset #, and GPS location) to any number of email addresses and cell phones. The Pipeline Sentinel is powered by 4, C cell alkaline batteries that provide an average of 2.5 weeks run time. A permanent version can be buried and powered by a solar panel. Because pipelines run through some of the most diverse and extreme terrain, Inline’s Pipeline Sentinel is designed for both durability and high performance.  In addition to being extremely lightweight and compact in size, The Pipeline Sentinel is waterproof and can withstand temperatures over 120 degrees, and under -10 degrees.     MPS-2 Sensor

    Inline Model MPS-2, Magnetic Pig Signalers are designed to detect a magnet molded into an Inline process pig, such as the VIPRS® and SUD® pigs .  The detectors are designed with two separate single-axis integrated Hall Effect magnetic sensors, each with an added ferromagnetic layer. The ferromagnetic layer acts as a magnetic flux concentrator, providing very high magnetic sensitivity.  Each sensor assembly consists of two sensors, a signal conditioning control circuit, an LED indicator, and a solid state output relay contact all encapsulated in a rugged, aluminum housing.

    TX Transmitters

    Inline’s TX Transmitters are available in both standard and coded frequencies. They come in numerous standard types, but can be custom made to meet specific job requirements. Each transmitter is made durable and reliable for a long life. The TX Transmitters generate electromagnetic fields at a very low frequency (between 15 and 30 Hz) sending audio and visual notification, through the antenna to the receiver, when a signal is picked up. The inside of the transmitter is available with either a lithium or alkaline battery enabling the device to be self-sufficient. Temperature ranges are based on the battery type. Alkaline batteries are rated at -4 to +130 F (-20 C to +54C) and Lithium batteries are rated at -40F to +140F. REQUEST A QUOTE

    RX101 Receiver

    The RX101 Receiver is a high tech unit that is used to detect the distinctive pulsing patterns of passing pigs. Both analog and digital displays allow signal strengths to be viewed in all light conditions. The adjustable gain with bright bar display and coded signals A, B, C help indicate the precise location of the transmitter. The new unit also comes with a built-in geophone to detect approaching and departing pigs. A durable, shock resistant pelican case provides storage for all of the RX101 Receiver equipment. The accessories in the pig detector case include an external wand antenna, 50’ antenna extension cable, 2-6’ antenna cable, 50’cable with a spike probe, 6’audio cable for vehicle hook up, and a pair of highly efficient noise reducing headphones.
